About Me

I'm known around the Atlanta music scene as a solid, dependable drummer; an experienced veteran of
both studio and live performance, with good meter and the ability to play in multiple styles.

Originally from Virginia Beach, I studied music education at East Carolina University before marching in the DCI World Champion The Cadets of Bergen County drum and bugle corps.I moved to Atlanta after aging out of drum corps and finishing my studies at the University of Rhode Island.

I've had the privilege of working consistently since then, with a variety of excellent musicians from all stylistic backgrounds and walks of life. I've played drums either live on stage or in the studio for many greats including Kristian Bush (Sugarland), Cody McCarver (Confederate Railroad), Early Clover (The Coasters), Donna Hopkins, Johnny Knox, Barry Richman, Mike Veal, Andrew Black, Zac Brown, and Bobby Yang.

Most recently I've been touring with Corey Smith, and he's keeping me busy. We have an all-pro organization including Rob Henson (Rehab, David Ryan Harris) and Brian Beckerman (Avril Levigne, Shawn Mullins). We play around 20 shows a month.

Last year I played 278 shows in front of 112,000 people in 67 cities at 83 venues.

This year we've already surpassed that number, and are on track for 200,000 or more.
